Werewolf Ambulance: A Horror Movie Comedy Podcast
Episode 58- The Prophecy (1995)

In this week's episode, we're discussing the 1995 religious fantasy horror thriller "The Prophecy." Special topics for your perusal include: the possible casting options for an Axl Rose biopic, inappropriate teaching attire, biblical fan fiction, use of Wilhelm screams, when Jared Leto actually became Jared Leto and our new social media movement #noswayzenomovie. Please also enjoy our variety of impressions that sound half like Christopher Walken and half like Katie's Uncle Vic.

Have you seen this bananas film? What do you think of it? Also, feel free to provide other alternate names for Elias Koteas at facebook.com/werewolfambulance, on Instagram @werewolfambulance or on Twitter @werebulance. We always love to hear from you!

Episode 57- Pumpkinhead (1989)

In this week's episode, we're discussing the 1989 Stan Winston monster/slasher/Lance Henrikson film "Pumpkinhead." Special topics for your consideration include: the way dogs' legs bend, more of horror's greatest villains: rich shitty teens, palming people like a basketball, a general rudeness to rural folks, t-shirts with tigers and roses on them, whether or not we are all Pumpkinhead (just a little bit), and lots and lots of talk about sitcoms of the 1980s-1990s.

Have you seen Pumpkinhead? How do you feel about it? You can let us know on facebook.com/werewolfambulance, on Instagram @werewolfambulance or on Twitter @werebulance. This, like many of our recent films, was recommended by a few EMTs and we love that--please keep your suggestions and comments coming. Special thanks to Cryptocurium (www.cryptocurium.com) for their sponsorship of this episode.

Episode 56- Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 (1986)

Is this a comedy? Is this a horror film? What is happening here? This week we are discussing those very crucial questions about the 1986 Tobe Hooper sequel "Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2," along with such other important topics as: the size of the Alamo, "The Neverending Story," our favorite special effects artist and yours (Tom Savini, of course), alternate spellings for the word 'sex,' what in the actual fuck Dennis Hopper is doing and the fact that Franklin had it coming.

Where do you fall in the comedy vs. horror debate? What do you think of Leatherface's burgeoning sexuality? What's your take on this movie overall? You can let us know on Facebook (/werewolfambulance), on Instagram (@werebulance) or on Twitter (@werebulance). This movie was recommended by a number of you so please keep your suggestions and comments coming--we love to hear from you.

Episode 55-The Silence of the Lambs (1991)

In this week's episode, we're joined by our friend Perry to discuss one of his favorite movies, the 1991 crime thriller horror film "The Silence of the Lambs." Special topics to consider include the Hannibal Lecter movie & television universe, the puckering of one's butthole, how people from Pittsburgh say all kinds of things wrong, Buffalo Bill as the absolute worst guy ever, ballerina music boxes and 1 million impressions of Clarice and Buffalo Bill. Bonus points to the first listener to tell us how many times we said "Dr. Lecter!" in this episode. Short answer? It's a lot.

This movie is such a classic--do you love it as well? Let us know your thoughts on anything regarding "The Silence of the Lambs" on facebook.com/werewolfambulance, on Instagram @werewolfambulance or on Twitter @werebulance. Episode 54- The Shining (1980)

In this episode, we discuss one of the 'tent poles' of horror, the 1980 Stanley Kubrick film "The Shining." Topics of interest include: all of the bonkers (and...not so bonkers??!) conspiracy theories surrounding this movie, a compare and contrast with the 1997 miniseries aka the "Brian-from-Wings version," a treatise on Indian burial grounds, Jack Nicholson as a crazy person, getting super deep into Googling "The Shining" and Steven King's fascination with supernatural kids.

You've definitely seen this movie. Do you love it? Does anyone not love it? Let us know! You can find us at facebook.com/werewolfambulance, on Instagram @werewolfambulance and on Twitter @werebulance. Oh, and never forget werewolfambulance.angelfire.com!
