This week we're getting into an old Hollywood classic: the 1962 psychological horror film "What Ever Happened to Baby Jane?" Special topics for your consideration include: creepy dolls, how wonderful and terrible old Hollywood stars were, necessities of modern technology, the ever-present horror trope of incompetent police work, and what actually passed for entertainment in the 1910s. We've also WRITTEN A LETTER TO DADDYYYYY... just kidding. Sort of.

Episode 122- Under the Shadow (2016)

This week we're discussing the 2016 Iranian film "Under the Shadow." It's available on Netflix, so if you haven't seen it yet and don't want us to spoil it for you, check it out before you listen. Special topics we'll be discussing include: the advantages of subtitles over dubbing (seriously, who likes dubbing?? be sure to change it on your Netflix options if that kind of thing bothers you), how little we know about world history because the public school system let us down, how much we know about 90s hip hop because hot beats have never let us down, litigations forthcoming from the Walt Disney Company, brief reviews of both "Split" and the "John Wick" franchise and talk of the greatest reality television show, "Project Runway." Auf wiedersehen.

Songs used in this episode (please don't sue us):
Wu Tang Clan- "C.R.E.A.M."

Episode 121- A Nightmare on Elm Street Part 5: The Dream Child (1989)

This week we're enjoying (?) a piece of real garbage: the 1989 installment in the "Nightmare on Elm Street" franchise, "Part 5: The Dream Child." Yeah, there's no dancing around it this week-- it is 100% terrible. It does provide us with some great special topics though, including the fact that his movie expects us to have seen and remember all or at least some of the preceding movies, the sheer volume of Freddy quips, baby Freddy having burns and the fact that this is not even the least sensical part of this movie, a Great British Bake Off shoutout and a very special announcement.

Can't get enough Freddy? We covered the original "Nightmare on Elm Street" in Episode 4 (!) so go back and listen to us not be entirely sure how to do a comedy podcast.

Have you seen this one? If so...did it make any sense to you? Did you see the movies leading up to it? Help us out here by telling us your thoughts at facebook.com/werewolfambulance, on Twitter @werebulance or on Instagram @werewolfambulance. Episode 120- Psychomania (1973)

This week is a guestisode week, EMTs! We're joined by our pal and longtime supporter Jim to discuss his pick, the 1973 motorcycle/weird occult film "Psychomania." Special topics for your consideration include: a surprise treatise in defense of "Hellraiser," finding a tipping point for deciding to destroy your murderous undead son, being a lot like John Denver but having the nickname Chopped Meat, finding pleasure in trashing a grocery store and an extensive list of notable turtleneck wearers of history.
