Werewolf Ambulance: A Horror Movie Comedy Podcast
Episode 36- Waxwork (1988)

In this episode, we discuss the absurdity and delight that is the 1988 horror comedy thriller, "Waxwork." Special topics for your consideration include: the rise & fall of Billy from "Gremlins," oddly-named Draculas, gin Gimlis, the trustworthiness of women named after countries and--AGAIN--terrible cops! We may as well change the iTunes description of this podcast to "an analysis and critique of police work in the modern horror film." God, horror cops are the worst.

Episode 35- Neon Maniacs (1986)

In this week's episode, we are joined by our friend Josh to discuss the 1986 cult classic "Neon Maniacs." This episode produces more questions than it does answers, such as...what is a Neon Maniac? Where did they come from? Why do they live near the ocean if water will kill them? What do they talk about during the day?... and so on, and so forth. Other important topics include: Benjamin Button disease, possible repercussions for disrespecting 80's movie punks and yet another glimpse into the world of ineptitude that is being a cop in a horror movie.

Episode 33- The Craft (1996)

Light as a feather, stiff as a board: it's time to talk about the 1996 witchcraft thriller "The Craft." Topics of importance include attempts to contact rock legends via a ouija board, the age range of people who can play high school students, Fairuza Balk being turned up to 11, an unhealthy enjoyment of smoking and the fact that maaaaybe juggalos aren't so bad.

Episode 32- Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood (1988)

By popular demand, we are digging into the seventh installment of the "Friday the 13th" series, "The New Blood." This 1988 slasher has it all: kicky boots and cheap pearls, weird psychiatry, Patrick Swayze's hair, corpses that relocate regularly, telekinetic battles and the unofficial King of the Horror Con: Kane Hodder.

Did you like this movie? If so, did you like it for any reasons other than cool skeletal Jason? We'd love to hear from you! Get in touch with us at facebook.com/werewolfambulance or on Twitter @werebulance or on Instagram @werewolfambulance.

This was a listener-recommended film and we love doing those. Let us know what you'd like to hear as well!
