In this week's episode, we're back to the well of one of our favorite madmen, Charles Band, with the 1993 film "Puppet Master 4." It's exactly what you expect in all the right ways. Special topics for your consideration include: a ska news minute, high highs and low lows of puppets and animation, sexy (?) outfits of the 1990s, DECAPITRON, and the utter befuddlement that is trying to make sense of a Puppet Master film. Plus: a delight of a voicemail.

Have we done "Puppet Master" and "Puppet Master 2," you ask? Of course we have: Episodes 164 and 165. Have we done "Puppet Master 3," you ask? No, of course we fucking haven't, then we may have understood the plot of this movie. Maybe.

In this week's episode, we're discussing the 2023 horror comedy film "Renfield." It's got a lot of stuff we like, such as references to Bela Lugosi, Voodoo Glow Skulls, giant men in leather masks, Jean Ralphio, terrible ways to die, and Nicolas Cage doing what he was born to do.

Other topics for your consideration include: unacceptable ways to sleep, that guy I like from British crime dramas, what all GenX-ers and Millenials really want, what happens when a film veers towards the Wan-iverse but rights the ship with a goddamn goatman, and perhaps the perfect end to an episode.
